ManagIR is an infrared database software program designed to help you manage your infrared predictive maintenance program. It allows you to keep track of the equipment in your program, infrared inspections by date, frequency of inspections, anomalies as well as print out a detailed report. The report includes a list of all equipment inspected which has no problems, all equipment in the list that was not inspected for whatever reason, and all equipment inspected which had an anomaly. The fourth part of the report contains images and the detailed information for each image.

A number of specific, detailed reports can be created which allow the user to examine trends and be proactive in your infrared maintenance program. An equipment list can be easily created to ensure that all of the equipment in a specific list is inspected at the selected frequency.

The program allows you to arrange and rearrange the equipment in the equipment list in any desired order.

The program contains an input area to record your infrared program savings. The user inputs the cost of an anomaly which would have failed if not located, along with the cost of repair when found. It will then automatically compute the cost savings for each anomaly.

The user can also insert baseline temperatures that can be trended over time.

Standard format pictures such as infrared images and real life images can be input and printed on report pages. ManagIR has been specifically designed to input images from the ExplorIR infrared camera. It will automatically start the ReportIR software, if installed on your computer, and image analysis can be performed.

Equipment manufacturer’s names can be input and tracked to determine reliability of equipment. This information can be invaluable when deciding on future purchases.
